A. Background & Definitions
It may occur that NEEDs are outdated or not important for a research unit anymore which can have different reasons (e.g. funding ends, the research unit moves to a different environment, etc.). This might make it neccessary to delete certain NEEDs.
B. Guidance & Expectations
In case a NEED is not required anymore, it is currently not possible to delete this need from the action plan. Instead,
- the research unit shall indicate in the column for comments why this NEED is not applicable anymore.
