• Ensure appropriate expertise for high quality husbandry and animal care as physiolgical animal status may impair study integrity​
• Examination of animals acccording to study protocol; monitoring and recording of all facility conditions and changes of them that are relevant for animal well-being; alert study personnell or study director if animal welfare concerns arise​
