EQIPD does not provide any guidance on risks to unborn life that is likely to be a subject to various national and international regulations.

However, in the spirit of keeping all research quality-related information in one place, EQIPD advises that the corresponding Risks to unborn life section of the Dossier is used to store:

Risks to unborn life training records (if available)
Risks to unborn life certificates (if available)
Risks to unborn life assessments and related information (if available)
