A. Background & Definitions
Dossier: Structured and categorized collection of various quality-related items, such as protocols and training records that are developed and stored by a research unit as solutions to challenges specific to their needs.
B. Guidance & Expectations
Revising and updating is an essential process to keep the system functional.
This should be done
- on regular intervalls defined by the research unit
- as needed, e.g. when an update is neccessary.
Thus, it is recommended that items considered to be most critical should be immeditely updated and a process should be in place to do this on a regular basis.
